Terms & Booking conditions

By booking a trek with Morocco Horse Treks, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Reservations & Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your trek.

  • The booking is only considered final once this deposit has been received.

  • The remaining balance (exact amount indicated in your booking confirmation) must be paid in cash directly to the local partner stable on site at the start of the trek.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 45 days before the trek start date: full refund of deposit.

  • 15–45 days before: 50% of deposit refunded.

  • Less than 15 days: deposit is non-refundable.

  • No-shows or early departures: no refund.

3. Insurance

  • Clients are required to have valid travel and medical insurance that covers horse riding activities.

  • Morocco Horse Treks is not responsible for accidents, loss of personal belongings, or medical expenses.

4. Riding Experience & Safety

  • Riders must inform us honestly of their riding level and any medical conditions.

  • Helmets are strongly recommended.

  • The guides reserve the right to adapt itineraries for safety or weather reasons.

5. Accommodation & Services

  • Accommodation may vary (guesthouses, bivouac, ecolodges) depending on trek and availability.

  • Special dietary needs must be communicated in advance.

6. Liability

  • Morocco Horse Treks works in collaboration with carefully selected local stables.

  • While every effort is made to ensure the welfare of riders and horses, riding is an outdoor activity that involves inherent risks. By booking, clients accept these risks.
